AB CHALLENGE! (30 Days)
Many of my followers have either heard of or done my Ab challenge. It has been my most successful blog post ever! So I am reposting it and modifying it just slightly now that my new site is up. If you are a KillenFitness premier content subscriber (or would like to be) you can now see a video of the challenge. Otherwsie do your best using the given photos...
Who wants some FAB ABS?!?! I do, I do! I am proposing a 30 day (or longer) Ab challenge! It is to be done once EVERY day or night (I like to do it as I'm winding down in the evening, watching something on tv or whatever). This will only take 5 or so minutes of your time! No excuses! AND you don't need any equipment, so you can do it at home! Go through these exercises the number of times I suggest or as many as you can; just modify as necessary. Some may be too easy or too difficult, so adjust by doing as many as you can and move on. If you need to break to get through, do so, and work up to not having to break. You can also do your own favorite ab exercises; these are just some ideas! I encourage you to take a before and after pic (same angle; helpful if you are wearing the same thing or something similar)! I would love to see them and share them on my blog if you are willing! Good luck and please share your experience with me/us here!!!! :)
