Due to popular demand I have created a second Ab workout for you! I am suggesting a minimum of 15 days in a row. Do the whole video through one time a day. Don't mind my son trying to help! To see progress, take a picture before starting on Day 1 and again on Day 15. If you love what you see then keep it up!
