Join me for my upcoming workshops this Fall:

I am co-hosting a workshop with Sierra, doTerra Wellness advocate, offered at 2 locations on Saturday, October 10th. I will lead a therapeutic yin yoga session while Sierra will use essential oils to deepen your experience. Opportunity to learn how essential oils can bring wellness to your life. "Yes, there is an oil for that!" Q&A and doTerra oils available for purchase after event.

Offered at La Jolla Yoga from 2-3:30pm (FREE - $10 fee, dependent on membership)

Also offered at Hapa Yoga in Mission Valley from 6-7:30pm ($10-15)

I am also co-hosting a Prenatal Workshop with Abby, birth Doula, on Sunday October 18th @ La Jolla Yoga. We will implement couples yoga (partner not mandatory), labor techniques, pain management, aromatherapy/essential oils, massage/accupressure, Q&A, and more.
