AB Challenge - 15 Days

Due to popular demand I have created a second Ab workout for you! I am suggesting a minimum of 15 days in a row. Do the whole video through one time a day. Don't mind my son trying to help! To see progress, take a picture before starting on Day 1 and again on Day 15. If you love what you see then keep it up! If you don't love what you see, you should also keep it up!

20 Starfish Each Side

20 Leg Lower/Lifts

20 Hip Lifts

20 Russian Twists Each Side

20 Crunches

20 Side Plank Weaves Each Side
