Join me for another round of the Whole 30 Challenge! 30 days of clean eating to change your life and make you feel better than ever. No better time than the beginning of a New Year. Anyone that wants to improve their health in 30 days is welcome to take the challenge. Step 1 would be to get the book "It Starts With Food" and read through it before starting. This is the foundation for the 30 days, with all the information you need to be successful and get started. I have a KillenFitness Whole 30 group on facebook that is an awesome tool to utilize. We are starting Monday January 5th but start dates are flexible as some challengers plan to start a few days before or after.
