Personal Training is designed specifically for the client, based on his or her ability and needs; designing a workout regime that fits the client's needs and progresses at a safe and mainatinable pace. Any type of training I offer (kickboxing, strength, plyometrics, yoga) can be done in a one-on-one session. Training can be indoor, outdoor or done in your home. Also available in semi-private sessions.
Group Training is a little less personal, but one of my favorite ways to train clients! Whether you are with a group of friends, your partner, or I combine individuals that prefer a group setting, this is a fun way to get it done! The motivation is high in these settings, everyone encouraging one another and progressing as a group. Relationships are made or strengthened. Sessions are also more affordable, as you share the cost with others. Group Training can also be done for any type of training I offer.
